	Went to BGHS for the first time today. We had a wonderful relaxed time and met many other couples. Made to feel welcome and the massage was just what we needed! 	Went there yesterday afternoon with my fb and met a couple of men who we had a laugh with in the jacuzzi and steam room they joined us upstairs one watch and one joined in didn't even get their names all we know one was a Brighton supporter my only complaint is when you get staff telling you to be quiet when you having fun upstairs do they have sex in complete silence? 	I attended the club recently with a friend of mine. The staff were great with us, from the front door, the masseuse to the girls who giving the upstairs a very thorough clean. The place was immaculate and the facilities great. The single gentleman were very well behaved. We will definitely be returning. Date: 15 January 2016

	i went there this afternoon to have some spa time, and was relaxing upstairs when i heard one of the staff shouting for one of the female guests to make themselves known. This lady appeared, and was given a real dressing down in front of other guests for several minutes. Her faux-pas? Daring to take a drink of water with her! Seeing as the rules clearly state that you should keep yourself hydrated, and that there are no water facilities other than the lounge area, she did what most people would do, take a drink with her. Seeing as there is no ventilation in the club whatsoever, you don't need to use the sauna to achieve the same results. All the staff are eastern european ladies, with no customer facing skills at all. I have seen guests ejected from the club for daring to question one of the rules, and woe betide anyone that falls foul of the owner of the place. Their rules say that if you are caught infringing a rule, you will be asked to address your behaviour. How can you do that if you aren't given the chance, or are treated like a scolded child. The correct way to have dealt with this would have been to take the lady to one side, and remind her that drinks cannot be taken elsewhere from a health and safety point of view. On a more serious note, it is flouting health and safety rules to have carpet on stairs where it becomes saturated, and has no chance to dry out, as this is a breeding ground for all sorts of nasty bacteria, including dermatitis and even worse, scabies. If you are going to use the club, you should take the necessary precaution of wearing flip-flops in all wet areas. But wait you say, that is against the rule stating that no SHOES are allowed in any of the main areas. That is indeed true, except flip-flops are not shoes. Go bare footed at your peril. I certainly didn't, even at the chance of incurring the wrath of herr hitler! Date: 13 January 2016

	Great place to escape a cold,wet and windy Brighton here on Saturday. Staff are very polite and its spotlessly clean. From about 5.30 its couples only, soon became quite busy with some really nice friendly, sociable, sexy couples. Left there feeling totally relaxed, shall definitely be returning when we`re down that way again. Date: 4 January 2016

	The spa facilities here are excellent though the ‘rules’ take some getting used to, so you just have to laugh. It’s certainly not a swingers club but provides private rest rooms ..... The chill-out area at the very top of the building is a fabulous place to meet new friends for the first time completely naked. It certainly breaks the ice very quickly and was a relaxing and erotic way to start a Sunday evening. Even light touches and stroking are frowned on in the public areas so we all retired to the playrooms (oops rest rooms) where we had a very sexy time, our enjoyment enhanced by being watched by all-comers as we got to know each other! In between bouts of purple passion, we relaxed in the hot tub, jacuzzi and one of us even braved the cold dipping pool. We’re infrequent visitors but had a great time and we’re sure we’ll be back. Absolutely love this place!!! Have been visiting for just over 2 years now and would recommend it to anyone.

Great place to relax, always clean. Met some great friends who I always have a laugh with and feel totally at ease going as a single female!

Wouldn't go anywhere else as I'm not into seeing writhing bodies everywhere, love that BGHS has a separate area for this, should you wish to partake ;-)

The no sexual contact outside of play rooms is also a little tricky when trying to ice break or say hello, but we managed lol Facilities were nice and clean, it's quite hot and toasty in many places! 	Spent the afternoon at this club today with our friend kitty. If you follow the simple club rules, you can have a relaxing spa session with fantastic facilities, then enjoy a playfull time in the well provisioned rest rooms. 	Visited this club for the first time yesterday, to say the staff lacked a sense of customer service would be highly underrated. We were shown around by the manageress someone on a par with a Hitler youth member, rude,unapproachable and outright made us feel anything but relaxed. I have a medical condition that the owner found out about and came to reassure me they could cater for this but discussed this in an open with me in front of other visitors rather than pull me to one side- so much for client confidentiality. To top it off my partner went out for a cigarette and I female got asked to leave as it was couples only! I was practically frog marched out leaving our friends in there that had to leave early as we all car shared down there. Having driven over 90 minutes to visit this establishment to be met with this unfriendly,rude,obnoxious, attitude by staff members left us not only furious but totally disillusioned, especially considering the long list of rules we had to adhere to, they broke their own rules politeness courteous and so much for customer being right. Been to this lovely nudist sauna and spa for about four times and as a single man, have always had a good time. Lovely to relax and unwind and just go with the flow. Have been lucky enough to be invited to join some sexy couples and ladies. There are rules and I am sure if you follow them and chart to everyone with respect, you go along way.

Next week I am hoping to bring my lady friend for the first time and we are looking forward to it already. The relaxation and the fun of it all. I would recommend it to anyone, Peace xx

	We have been to BGHS twice in the last couple of months and are really impressed with it. It has lovely spa facilties, and a good number of varied playrooms upstairs. Best of all, it has a very relaxing feel to it, more so than a swinging club, yet still has the excitement of serious playing upstairs. Our first Saturday was a little quiet, but the second visit was very nicely attended, both in the spa and also the playrooms, where there was lots of varied action ! The place is very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend the couples night for those new to clubs, it is a great place to get introduced to the scene. Although a long distance for us, we will definitely be regulars here. Date: 8 October 2015

Yet another wonderful visit to BGHS last night. Almost goes with out say that the staff were lovely and the facilities were spotless.

It was a quiet night compared to all the other times we have been and we was definitely the youngest couple BUT we are not complaining one bit. We met and played with a lovely Japanese couple from Portsmouth who were playing for the first time. The lady of which had the softest most beautiful skin wev ever experienced. 	I can't agree with some the comments below. BGHS is first and foremost a naturist spa, and long may it stay that way. They have rules so that people who go there to relax don't get pestered. I have suffered this in the past and I'm a guy, so goodness knows what it's like for the girls. Great place. Date: 16 September 2015

	I took the time to travel down to here on friday (4hours drive) to sample the fun and naturist side of life for the first time ever. I was not disappointed! On arrival a very welcoming foreign lady showed me around being as it was my first time. She gave a tour of every level of the building and made me feel really at ease and explained all the do's and don'ts. I had already looked at the website so knew what to expect anyway. Downstairs in the spa i soon tried out all there was to offer but beware it is so hot down there and the cool little swimming pool is excellent for cooling off quick. The staff were around doing odd jobs but i never found that they cause any problems towards me or others. There were mostly guys there in the early afternoon but about 3 couples arrived after about 4pm. Everyone was friendly (guests and staff) Its great to relax on the second or third floor but you must have a towel on which makes sense as you can only be naked in the spa or rest rooms. I wandered into the rest rooms to see what its all about and with the low lighting and various rooms it does become a very erotic environment. I lay down my towel on the white open play area and lay down on it naked to get a feel for the area. 2 other guys also lay down naked in there but kept their distance and it was as though you are waiting for a couple to come up see whats on offer and start some action. Other men would keep wandering about checking the rooms regularly hoping for an invite but the whole time no matter where you are in the building everyone obeyed the rules and never made any kind of move towards others which is what makes this spa excellent for me as a straight guy, newbies and experienced naturists or swingers. I had to leave at just after 5pm because of the drive home. It was a shame i didn't stay longer because i would have liked more time in the rest area but for a first time i was impressed with the spa as a whole. Date: 15 September 2015
