though some will be provided, please bring your own preference in condoms.

All payments are non-refundable unless in the unlikely situation we have to cancel the event.

No payment no guaranteed entry if you are not on the guest list and cannot provide your Fab name you will not be admitted. Only fab profiles with a minimum of 5 public in person verifications will be considered. No Exceptions. Preference given to verified profiles with face pictures or providing them.

Spaces will be limited so please book early.

House of Earthy Delights Couples Party.

Date 07/03/2025

Venue: Central Cardiff – Address provided 24 hours before event for those on guest list.

A spacious inviting venue with three connected social spaces and:

2 playrooms with double beds.

2 playrooms with a double bed and separate soft play space.

1 playroom with single bed.

MASSAGE ROOM with massage table, oil with soft play space.

Towels for guests will be provided.

Three toilets, a shower room and two baths.

Street parking is usually available close by but cannot be guaranteed.

ACCOMODATION AVAILIBLE overnight at this venue: 5 double rooms and one single room.

Clean duvets pillowcases and sheets provided at end of party at 2am.

Accommodation surcharge: Double room £35 Single room £20.

PLEASE STATE IN YOUR MESSAGE if you wish for accommodation.

A light breakfast of tea/coffee or juice and pastries is included.

A telegram pre party chat group for those with tickets will be set up a week before the event where the venue details will be announced.

PLEASE observe the dress code below.

NOTES:

While playroom doors at this venue are lockable, we request they be LEFT OPEN at all times for security purposes. Guests accommodated overnight are free to lock the bedroom doors when staying after the party.

Please do not play in the bathrooms, shower rooms or toilets.

Vaping is permitted at this event indoors, and there is an outside smoking area.

This party is suitable for Experienced Swingers of the following type:

FAQ:

How many people will attend? And how many single men?

About 45 people will attend at maximum. no more than a third of attendees will be single men.

Where are parties held?

At various homes in or close to Cardiff details will be provided of the address on payment of contributions for the evening.

how long are the parties?

Parties run from 8pm to 2am no admittance after 10.30 pm regardless of payment.

Are these safe sex parties?

Yes. though it is up to each individual to decide with others their use of protection. We do not judge.

May we bring toys and play equipment?

Yes bring toys by all means and small items of play equipment. if you wish to bring large, complicated or risky play items please contact us first to discuss this.

I am a single lady but I am afraid to come alone may I bring a partner?

Yes you may bring a M or F companion if they are registered and verified on Fab buy Buying the appropriate Couples ticket.

How do I book?

Send us a message when party dates have been announced asking for a ticket. Having vetted your verifications you will be notified and an invite sent with ticket payment information.

Even if we verify you we may not be able to offer you a ticket if we are fully booked. please do not take offence you will be welcome at future parties.

CONSENT IS KEY. Do not assume consent at our parties even in a group sex situation! ask before play or touching! likewise if you are no longer consenting DO SAY NO. everyone's comfort and safety is paramount.

If you have any safety concerns speak to your hosts or security.

Can I bring something alcoholic to drink?

Yes you can but please do not get d*unk. You cannot consent if d*unk. d*unkenness will not be tolerated if security deem you are d*unk you will be asked to leave or escorted off the premises.

We have a zero tolerance policy on drug use. if you use or distribute drugs at a party or we suspect you are high on drugs you will be asked to leave or escorted off the premises by security.

Please respect the venues and do not damage fixtures and fittings or make an excessive mess. No or blood play is permitted. its too messy and/or too dangerous.

People disrespecting others or breaking the rules will be ejected from the party and banned from future events permanently.

DRESS CODE:

We expect attendees at all our parties to dress well in smart casual or smart clothing.
