My absolute hero is the 90 odd yr old woman I met in the hospital. She was wearing lace topped hold ups (admittedly held up by knotted knicker elastic garters). And she was wearing them for her. Feeling sexy doesn't have an age limit |

We can only feel the age we are because we're that age! If you ask how fit I feel then exceedingly but I'm still 40! I think like a 40 year old because I am and I have the experiences/life covering the last 40 years whether good or bad
People are very funny! You are all, look and feel the age you are to the day, just some people age better than others! Genetics and lifestyle are hugely important in how you age |

My wonderful mum died in hospital recently - every day she'd put on her lippy and checked how she looked - even when she could barely move- right to tbe end - classy lady. God, rest her soul. Xx |

Oh I can do that ... I'm 51 walk miles a day, work in rugby (sport), training to be a fitness instructor, still go to festivals, go wild camping etc whereas my bestie also 51 prefers slippers, evenings at home watching tv, a cup of tea, being sensible etc I think what J means is we're both 51 but our outlooks on life are different but we're still both feeling 51 being 51 just differently? |

Both in our 50s but can still go and run for an hour at a time so feel quite fit. Mentally feel in our 30s . We’ve got a young outlook so that keeps you fresh. Don’t feel old at all mentally or physically. |

It depends on the day. Some days I still feel as fit as I did in my 20's. Other days my back aches and I feel like I'm in my fifties. The morning after a nice bottle of red and I feel like I'm in my 90's and tapping on death's door . D |

I'm 49, but I still feel in my 20's. I still have the same interests as I did then, I may not have changed much but I have matured. Physically I can feel the effects of time, I think I look good for my age though. |

I usually get told I look mid forties, most of the time I don't think that old. Although sometimes due to old bike injuries I feel older than the fifty seven I actually am.
I put a fair bit of it down to my love of motorcycles & my dislike of the "Normal" beach holidays & pretty much an aversion to the sun (Unless I'm togged up & riding a 180mph bike in it).
H thinks its pretty much that I don't really do stress & never have. I'm pretty much "Meh,Shit happens".

A true Great that changed the way people are viewed in this world.
His interviews are inspiring. Not the ones when he was trying to sell his fights because he could sound a bit too up himself but that was his job and he sold fights.
His tv interviews on chat shows etc where he talks about life and his inspiration are an amazing listen |

Feel my age and absolutely love it! Some great memories and plenty more to be made. I often comment to friends how I'm looking forward to retirement, they think I'm crazy little do they know that's the time I'll be doing even more with all that free time, will be loving that age. |

Read all the messages and at first I was quite depressed as everyone appears to be at least 30 years younger than me but then I thought " I'm still having sex at least 3 times a week". Retirement allows me time to recover for the next session. Have to admit that occassionally I have to splash out on some Viagra but I can manage it on my pension.
We have been swinging for nearly forty years and long may it continue. Usually its the mind not the body thats the limiting factor
