Anyone got their Christmas night out upcoming in Glasgow?
I'm out tonight in the city centre!
Would be fun if you bumped into another Fabber on theirs too!
Especially if the are suited or kilted.
Anyone got any wild work Christmas party stories? |

Most of them are up their own arses anyway so it doesn't bother me. See enough of them at work without having to endure their shite in my own time |

I oh I like to just enjoy myself on the few occasions I get out and getting reminders about it at work would be torture.lol.

I've got a few coming up all in Glasgow.
One on the 9th and one on the 15th and one on the 16th.
That back to back one will be a killer. Already dreading the hangover!

"After last years work xmas party which resulted in HR, sexual harassment and our manageress being sacked I'm giving this years party a miss."
We need more details from this.
Sounds wild.
Good to see actually action being taken against sexual harassment. |

"Isn’t November a bit early for a Christmas party?"
Nah because everything is already available xmas menu and cocktail wise, it is a little quieter which is nice, and harder to get people together in December due to other events planned/family things. |

Had ours on Saturday. Some of the boys started early...1.00 ish. Growing trend. Half were thrown out by 5.00pm (some rightly so), and that trend continued until by 9.00pm the party was over. Animals...can't take them anywhere.... |

I've a great set of colleagues in my place. Only 10 of us, we get on well, and genuinely enjoy a pint and meal at Christmas together, paid for by the company. We've a 'no numpties' approach to recruitment on such a small team. |

Do folk not get on? Lol "
On the surface! Office politics is rife. Think they are all scared to get the bevvy in them in case truths are told lol
Also major power struggles between the managers.
Great place to work haha

Same as ours however first party mid year party under my belt and hearing questionable comments I'm a bit afraid of the upcoming Xmas one |

I pulled out of my works night out, for similar reasons as a lot of other pepl there. As a result, they're having pre-night out drinks in Edinburgh as well for folks like me not going to it, but want a couple of work-mate drinks. |

In the west. |
"Ours is Friday night, I fear carnage. Most of the guys don't drink but all of the women have hollow legs.
Ours is Friday in the east. Should be fun "
Ours is in the west. I'm sure too much alcohol will be partaken and there will be a few stories to be told on Monday morning. |

Stopped going to work nights years ago due to too much office BS and my inability not to tell people to f@ck off when they tried to start nonsense.
Whilst most of those people from that era have either left of stopped going the younger ones love to post everything on social media, I preferred work nights pre-social media and phones with cameras. |

99% of people were well behaved years ago as well and it’s probably the same now but as mentioned social media and camera phones have given ar$e lickers the chance to try and screw people over |
