I've experienced and thoroughly enjoyed some threesomes over the years. Some of my favourites include Rush, Motorhead and Nirvana.

What's your favourite musical trio?

Edinburgh

Rush are the greatest music trio of all time, but I would also recommend the phenomenal Kings X and all a great supergroup trio called The Winery Dogs

There's quite a list. It's interesting to know what people's favourites are but great to get some suggestions too.

It's astounding how many people on the site love Rush but how few people have heard of them!

Not what I was expecting you to say. It's years since I listened to anything by them. Might have to change that.

I used to have all sorts of things like that and had them for years and years until we moved house a few years back and had to get rid of loads of stuff.

Fortunately we don't really have to limit ourselves and can enjoy the variation. Sometimes a solo performance is what's needed!
