Odd isn't it that even though I don't 'do' Christmas, there are a few Christmas movies that I love.
Miracle on 34th Street
National Lampoons Xmas Vacation
Polar Express
A Christmas Carol (the Jim Carey one) |

"What is your favourite Christmas movie?"
1) home alone 1&2
2) Muppets Christmas Carol
3) Scrooge with Albert Finney - amazing!
4) mickeys Christmas Carol.
5) die hard
6) gremlins
Mostly these top of my head are my usual staple. |

"Die Hard
I wouldn't have thought of that as a Christmas movie."
It's set at Christmas, it features a man who's travelled to be with his family at Christmas, there is a Christmas party going on and it has "Ho-Ho-Ho, now I have a machine gun". |

I like them all, but ones I have to watch:
A Christmas Story
White Christmas
Elf
Rudolph
Merry Christmas Charlie Brown
Christmas Vacation
One Magic Christmas (I dont know why I watch this I fucking cry too much)
The Polar Express
Too many to name.
****My brother in law watches every single cheesy Hallmark Christmas movie.

Bit of an odd one but ITV often used to show The London Nobody Knows, 1967.
James Mason revealing the hidden Victorian side of town. A period masterpiece ideal for a wintery afternoon . |
