So presently I was away with a friend and she offed me some muscles. I quickly replied there is no way I'm swallowing that.

Those are all great when done right. IMO if squeamish about eating cheaper cuts or offal, maybe consider becoming a vegetarian..? |

Il take your word on that. It's the look of them that puts me off. I don't like fatty meat and becoming a vegetarian no thanks, I like my meat |
