"Top of my list is soft ground, literally takes my breath away in a blind panic.

Define soft ground?"

Boggy areas, really wet grass that your feet sink into, even areas of ground that I know are solid but if they have wet leaves and my feet sink it's a no, that bit of the beach when your feet start to sink at the Waters edge. If I'm off solid ground when it's wet I'm constantly scanning the ground and if I see that bog grass I won't go near. I know exactly why it happens, a few years ago I fell in a bog up to my knees, it was funny at the time but since then I panic. Even just in wet long grass I hyperventilate. It's become a phobia.
