What genre? An old film with excellent cinematography is “Ice Cold in Alex”.

Young Frankenstein, a superb comical parody of 40/50s Frankenstein movies.

Columbiana - In 1992 Bogota, a little girl (Amandla Stenberg) watches crime lord Don Luis (Beto Benites) and his henchman Marco (Jordi Mollà) murder her parents. Fifteen years later, the now-grown Cataleya (Zoe Saldana), who is named for a Colombian orchid, works as a contract killer for her Chicago-based uncle (Cliff Curtis). Leaving a lipstick drawing of her namesake on every victim, Cataleya carries out her assignments with cold, frightening efficiency and dreams of avenging her family. thanks to wiki!

Milton Keynes

Two from the "Just don't make them like they used to" pile:

Some Like It Hot - Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon play musicians that witness a mob massacre and, desperate to escape Chicago, join up with a travelling band about to hit the road. Only catch is, it's an all-female band, so they roll up their tights and don their wigs to try and fit in. Along the way the both fall for ditzy show girl Marilyn Monroe and compete for her affections whilst trying to maintain their cover. Brilliant and hilarious.

The Sting - Robert Redford plays a small time short-con artist who accidentally rips off the mob, who exact their revenge on his partner. Vowing vengeance, he seeks out retired long-con artist Paul Newman to take on the mob boss responsible, whilst trying to stay alive long enough to see the plan come to fruition. Flawless, an absolute classic

Excellent movie and Zoe is gorgeous

Typical Luc Besson though, so no real surprises, if you've seen Leon and his other movies.

PS - if you haven't seen Leon, put it in your Top 5 Must Watch.
