I sometimes get stomach cramps and consequences. I have no way of knowing when it will happen so it's a risk, but one I still sometimes take.

I make dairy free ice cream, frozen bananas bended with coconut milk, can add vanilla. Yummy |

I make my fruit and veg smoothies with coconut milk or almond milk. |

I can only eat bananas that are quite hard, green but not too green. As soon as they start to soften, I don't like the texture and in the bin they go. I'm not really a huge fan tbh. |

They have a huge variety of bananas in India but the one I liked the best was a small red one that didn't look that appetising. However it had a wonderful sweet taste even when quite firm and def my favourite. |
