Sleeping With A Partner

Ow do again good folks 😃
Right (nosey question incoming!) - When sleeping with a partner - I mean LITERALLY sleeping, not the euphemism, which side of the bed do you sleep on?
Do you always opt for the same side or else are you not fussed and are comfortable with either? |

Generally I don't do sleepovers. But, if someone is at mine I have my side of the bed, but at theirs they have their side and I just take the other. Hotels and new places are just whatever feels right at the time 💜 |

"Usually on the LH side..it's been a year since I had a sleep over 🙁
I miss being held in someone's arms and hearing them breathe and feeling their warmth 🥺🥺
Oh this thread has made me really sad"
I’m sorry about that 🙁 If it’s any consolation, think of the negatives in sleeping with another though; snoring, farting, scratching of balls and arse and dribbling on the pillow cases.
Yep….sleeping alone ain’t so bad now, right? 😜x

At home then yes. But in new places it can depend on the feeling of security.
Over heard that the male often sleep.closeat to the doors which seems to generally fit with "comfort" but I'm happy sharing a bed either way although we do have slightly differing sleeping styles. |

Usually the left but happy to take the right if they’re a left side sleeper.
Whichever side I sleep on during that first night is going to be my side going forward. I’m not chopping and changing with the same person. I’m a rebel, not an anarchist |

Literally had thos conversation this afternoon.
When I'm alone I starfish, so it doesnt matter. Assuming I haven't nodded off on the sofa of course.
Today we established that my side of the bed is for some reason 'comfier'.
I'm keeping it. 🤷♂️😇😇 |

I’m a right hand side sleeper by preference; this is better for me (and a partner) as I sometimes roll onto my right side whilst asleep and therefore won’t inadvertently roll onto them and blast them with a point blank to the face, ten decibel sonic snore 😜 |

On the left/closest to the door is where I feel best.
It's lovely how easy it is to fall asleep with someone isn't it? You know, when being around them really relaxes you. In the past I've been a bit of a nightmare to sleep next to as I can fidget and struggle to sleep but right person, left side and I'm content. |
