What ever the drink (its a mood thing) only one drink. I need to be capable of resisting anyone planning to take advantage of me....but more importantly ensuring that those I plan to take advantage of are capable of saying yes or no. |

It depends. I studied wine back in the day, and furring the two courses, I tasted many.
White wine, imo would have to be French, I do love a white Burgundy like a Chablis.
Red wine, so many more I love, but preference is European. There are some New World wines that are, on the surface, very good. Just for me, I don’t like the taste of the new oak barrels they mature it in. I also do like Champagne, but over the last ten or so years I have been more interested in Prosecco which an be very good indeed. |
