The most recognisable theme and probably the one that’s in everybody’s subconscious is the longest TV theme tune ever in the world and that is Coronation Street followed by the archers radio 4
They may not be the best, but it certainly memorable |

Literally no-one will know this, but when TV first started in the late 70s there was a SABC comedy called "Willem", centered on a bumbling Johannesburg private detective. The theme got lodged in my 10 year old head, and is still there.
Likewise the theme to "Oskar en Knersus", a kids' puppet show about a rabbit who lived in a world inside a dustbin, and was constantly being chased by a pterodactyl. I think the magic mushrooms were handed out freely when that one was made.
