There are many things to collect, from stamps to trains. I dont collect anything now, but when I was a child. I collected nhl ice hockey cards with the players on it.
I remember how my friends did the same, where we gave eachother ones nhl cards to see who the player was, it was fun, it would be interesting to see if you collect anything?  |

Fridge magnets for every country I visit. Car licence plates for every country I visit but I only have a few it can really get you into trouble.
Things I’d like to collect one day - old arcade games, 2-Tone records, I have a few and a table top donkey Kong, I’d love missile command, defender, asteroids |

I have the first few years of Max Power magazine. Might be worth a fiver one day but cant bring myself to throw them away.
I also collect 50p's with the special designs on and quite often buy crommorative coins.
I was once accused of collecting notches on bedposts but i dispute this completely.

I collect LEGO, mostly Star Wars sets. But I have some very cool random sets as well, such as an excellent Godzilla, StarCraft 2 units, Ghostbusters Ecto-1, a few Speed Champions cars.
My largest set is the Millennium Falcon. It's a beast and was great fun to build. But I've got my eye on some other big sets. Jawa Sandcrawler, Republic Venator Cruiser, Imperial Star Destroyer, Executor Dreadnought, to name a few. 😅 |

I have a lot of collections. Some I've stopped others linger.
I buy a lot of books.
But I also I collect a certain type of pop up books from paper engineers that I admire.
My most recent collection are York ghosts. |

I am a collector. I get fixated on things to collect, until I get bored and donate/sell/recycle that collection. When I was a kid, it was Puppy In My Pocket (woah, anyone remember those!?) And Polly Pocket.
As an adult, I've collected Converse trainers, band merch/set lists, Yankee candles, Disney ornaments. To name a few 🙈 |

Hi stephanie, that is good to collect those things too, geodes, fossils and coins. I didnt know what geodes was, so I looked it up, it is egg shaped as well |

Coins, stamps, books..
I've geeky tendancies but got rid of a lot of things when I moved house. |

I have a few Funko Pops as well.
Bought a load for Halloween a few years ago which I put up every year, and then some Walking Dead ones. Also got some Christmas ones and a Max Verstappen one but my wife doesn't like them so that's the end of that!

"Used to collect stamps and I still have the book. Some stamps I did not even add a mounting "hinge" I carefully placed them into individual stiff plastic covers keeping them totally "mint"."

When does collecting slide over into the territory of hoarding?
With absolutely no intention I appear to have accidentally collected thousands of tools, hundreds of books and a dozen or so Motorcycles.
I only realised the enormity of the issue when I moved house last week, it's quite amazing how much stuff gets put away in draws and cupboards and sheds and now I simply don't have space to keep it all.
Think I need a bigger house.

Hubby collects Horus Heresy and Necromunda. Thankfully not 40K because its cringe.
Wife collects wool for knitting, Terry Pratchett and Moomin paraphernalia and retro magazines. |

I had a nice Campri ski jacket from 1986 until well into the 90s.
I sold it in a boot sale and regularly saw it being worn locally.
A guy I worked with organised ski trips and sold ski clothing as a sideline and eventually did so full time. |
