Is there a wider issue in the fab community with alcohol?
I say that as a very picky man and it’s my experience that I’ll get talking to a girl / woman who is extremely attractive, speak for a few days / weeks and then I’ll see a trend of them getting hammered on wine regularly and sending weird texts or slurring voice notes. It puts me off personally and I end it there. I’m not talking Friday / Saturday nights I’m talking regularly.
I met one older woman last year who was very hot and pretty fab famous and I went round to her home and she answered the door (looked fucking unreal) but as soon as I went in I could see she was d*unk and struggled to walk to the kitchen. Excuses made and I left.
In a lot of the hot videos that aren’t solo the people taking part are smashed haha. See today as a POTENTIAL example (ofcourse nobody knows for sure) It’s obviously all consensual so I am not for one minute suggesting that - I just mean how much enjoyment can you get when you’re boozed up.

In the clubs we go to, the majority of swingers, note I didn't say all, will not play with someone who is d*unk and some, ourselves included, won't consider play with someone who is even tipsy.
Consent is rule number one and that can't be given by someone who is d*unk.

Not everyone, but there is a big drinking culture amongst many at clubs, swinging hotels and holiday destinations. We avoid the big drinkers, start our night on water and only have a moderate amount of alcohol after we've played. |

I had a morning social meet arranged last year. The man called it off with an hour's notice because he had been drinking all night. He then messaged saying I could go to his for sex because he would "still be up to it". I had only agreed to a social at this point anyway.I declined and blocked him. I would not meet with anyone for sex if they had d*unk any alcohol at all. |

I will only ever have a cheeky one either in a club or on a meet. I like to know what I am doing or have done and being under the influence of lots of alcohol is not for me. I get some people need Dutch courage when it comes to clubs or meets, but there's a huge difference between one or two to steel your nerves and getting steaming d*unk |

I've never tasted alcohol in my life and have zero intention of starting.
I don't have a problem with anyone else drinking but I've no interest in anyone who needs it as a crutch.
If someone needs a drink to meet me I'd prefer not to meet them at all.
I've witnessed some ridiculously unacceptable behaviour at group socials from people under the influence but for some reason there seems to be a reluctance to remove a woman who is pissed. |

I would not get d*unk or drink on a meet as I tend to drive and like to be able to escape if needed.

A few drinks, or several as an adult is neither here nor there though. I like a drink or 12  I can take it or leave it though. If someone's not interested in that then that's cool. And I have to say I sort of agree,the amount of clubs and parties we've been to and people have been absolutely ratarsed, and I think getting d*unk in these particular settings is pretty irresponsible given the consequences of people who are d*unk having sex with a stranger is frightening.

I had met a woman for a coffee last week at 11am in a hotel lobby. I ordered a coffee. She ordered a pint of Guinness. Hair of the dog she said.

We attend a lot of club, and generally, those who have had a "lot" to drink usually stick out like a sore thumb.
Obvously there are people who are drinking to get that "party buzz", but only a small proportion seem to get to the stage of being obviouslly unsteady on their feet or slurring their words...
I personally don't think that any clubs are making a fortune on their liquor sales.

Different strokes for different folks, I've had some great times with people without any need for anything to relax them, and on the other extreme, I hosted a party once that resulted in two d*unk women fighting in my lounge as one of them freaked on seeing her guy with another woman for the first time. Alcohol issues have never been a problem for me. I can only think of one occasion when someone was d*unk and she was part of a group I was with in a club. People I meet might like a drink or two at the start of the night as a social ice breaker but that’s it in my experience. |

After getting stealthed by someone from fab a while ago I am careful about how much I drink on meets or at clubs. Maximum two drinks unless I am with friends I trust, and even then I don't get d*unk and I switch to water fairly quickly. I don't think you can consent properly when you're d*unk. I've seen plenty of very d*unk people at clubs and I would not play with anyone that intoxicated, but lots only go for the social side and don't play and that's up to them. |

I think there's a bit of Dutch courage to it. It doesn't faze me if someone's had a drink or 2 to relax. We all have our vices. However in this day and age I can see why men are wary of an overly pished female on a meet. That isn't to start an argument by any stretch. It's just the way the world seems to be now. For me yes I've worked in a few bars so seen how quick people's mood can change while they are under the influence.
Women have a hard time making sure they are safe on here as it is without throwing drink into the mix.
