O ripped folks of Fab, what’s your advice? I wanna lose the softness around the middle and build a little more muscle.
Since September have been doing 30 mins with kettle bells 3 times a week and trying to up the protein in my diet with lots more eggs, chicken, broccoli etc.
Anything else you’d suggest?

Not a suggestion as such but I would say to not expect overnight results! The part you are trying to improve is probably the hardest (In the same boat myself) persistence and consistency is the key so don’t give up |

Sounds good to me. Perhaps introduce some HiiT or Boxing fitness workouts as well. Remember, ab definition starts in the kitchen. |

I think you probably want to increase the amount if training you’re doing as well as some variation. In general so long as you’re in a calorie deficit you’ll get leaner with the increase in protein.
What works for one doesn’t always work for everyone but consistency wins |

Concentrate on getting lean first as building muscle and getting lean require separate approaches, work out how many calories for to be in deficit, set protein at 2.2g per kg then split your remaining calories however you like between carbs and fat. Weight train at least 3 times a week. Use cardio to supplement calorie deficit. Use clen, ephedrine and t3 if want to speed thinks along.
Last sentence was meant in jest but does work haha |

No o quick fixes. Slow and steady, with emphasis on your diet. Exercise can help to tone your muscles but keep me emphasis on weight loss via diet. Your body will fight back, aiming to retain the status quo. |

Enjoyment, anything physical should be enjoyable, don't ever feel like it's a chore, don't expect overnight results & l would agree with previous replies regarding diet or calorie's , no point in working out & not eating properly but find what you love doing , like l said it has to be enjoyed, and never ever worry ,as everyone ages things slow down in the body, it's only a natural occurrence , have fun & enjoyment always.👍 |

Eat properly and don't deprive yourself of food. People think they need to eat less when actually more food is important to lose and maintain weight.
Also be consistent with the same routines, don't keep switching workouts.. stick to the same and just increase weights as time goes on. Walk everywhere, walking is the best exercise for whole body definition. |
