A man in the gym told me I was really strong. He said it in a very earnest way, not a hint of condescension (as is sometimes the case). It was one of the most genuine compliments I've had in a long time. Thank you, Gym Man. You made my day

Ah this is nice KC!! I’ve been working from home this week and not actually seen anyone in the flesh for 3 days. I popped to b&m tonight and the loveliest young chap was on the till and we had a great little chat and he reminded me that some strangers can be absolutely lovely. |

Ahh that's great! 
I'm happy because my boy is coming home from London for my Birthday, I also have the week off so we've got lots planned from a big family meal at a Steakhouse, escape rooms, the zoo and cow cuddling |

Mrs took the kids out to the park. We both have kids to previous partner but she treats them like her own and loves them equally like her own.
I got a picture mid-work of them all in the park enjoying an ice cream.
The simple things eh? 🥰 |

Spending most of the afternoon at a swinging club and enjoying their outdoor plunge pool. It was lovely a cool and fun have a fuck in the sun.
At the moment they are using the picture they took as there probably pic. (With permission) |

This is lovely Mrs KC. I love it when everyday people come in and out of our lives and make the time to be pleasant, whether it's a compliment, a little chat, or even just a smile. It makes all the difference to my day anyway 😊 |

At the moment, I seem to have a permanent smile on my face. I'm looking forward to a couple of days away next week - (a) because it's with someone very special to me; (b) because it's the first time I've been away anywhere since covid. Dau ting, but exciting at the same time 😊 |

Went to the beach for a walk.
Watched a spaniel run down to the water and rush in as if he had never been in the sea before.
The expression on his face, the tail wagging, the glee was wonderful.
I burst out laughing and it made me happy.
