When someone has their beliefs or opinions evidenced and proved to be wrong in front of their own eyes and yet through some sort of embarrassed dogmatic stubbornness refuses to accept the patent and obvious truth!

Also one thing I genuinely do not understand is when job entry-level job advertisements ask for several years of experience.

I legit once saw one that was asking for more years of experience in a programming language than the language had actually existed for.

Frustrating isn't it. My Daughter in law is coeliac and before diagnosis was on a FODMAP diet. Everything was cooked from scratch because everything on the list was hidden in the majority of foodstuffs. I did substitute onion for asofetida....worked well.

"Why pizzas are made round"

Because they're easiest to make that way, from a ball of dough

.

"put in a sq box"

Square boxes are the easiest to construct

.

"then cut into triangles? "

You need the integrity of the outer crust in order to hold it, if you're eating it by picking it up and feeding it into your face.

"Catholicism

Surely this could be extended to all religion, or is there something about Catholicism that is particularly bewildering?

Lots.

Would you include modern revivalist churches like vineyard, bethel & hillsong in religious?

I dont understand catholics, CofE, Islam etc, I can’t get my head around dogma but I have strung faith

I don’t understand religious "

All the above..........what of who is your deity?

Mine is unashamedly Rachel Riley...........especially when she takes two big ones and four little ones!

People on Fab or dating sites that use other people’s photos or filters, lie about their age, height, body shape and then actually turn up to a meet or a date…

What do they think is going to happen? What’s the game plan?

I’m fascinated by the psychology, apparently

"Rejection Fetish" may be the explanation - People that lie about their appearance, use old photos, or otherwise lie about themselves and then when their lie is revealed at the in-person meetup, they get rejected…. and ENJOY being rejected

American football.

And before any fan of this "sport" accuses me of not understanding the rules, I do understand the rules. I learned them from playing John Madden '93

It's because I understand the rules, why I'm baffled that anyone would want to do this in real life, unless they were slightly unhinged.

I'm also baffled at how a sport which allows for the interesting premise of 300lb men colliding into each other at top speed, could have been turned into something so boring to watch..

If you have a fox problem- shoot them or set traps. A load of entitled toffs on horseback chasing a fox with dogs for sport is not ‘pest control’. it’s not ‘strange’, it’s quite simple.
