Inspired by and following Woody’s, Men Have It Easy thread; Good peeps - when dressing, do you consciously colour coordinate?
….Or are you a haughty Bohemian who giv’eth not one fuck’eth?
Over to you my fine folks |

"I'm the least female female I know.
What is the coordinating you speak of?
Orange and green…..nay, nay and thrice nay!
(That’s all I know) "
Lucky you never worked for Homebase back in the day then!! Delightful uniform |

Hold on; isn’t there a saying: ‘Blue and green should never be seen, unless there’s a colour in between.’ (??)
Either way, I am not coordinated today.
White top with black joggers with a yellow stripe down the side.
Yeah….casual today

Actually it's blue and green, should never be seen, except upon a fairy queen
I'm all about the coordination |

I must also ask (cause I’m dead nosey innit)
Lipstick and nail varnish wearers:
Do you similarly coordinate your lips and nails to your shoes/handbags/garments?
It must get rather stressful (no to mention expensive!) if so |

I don't conform to the latest fashion trends, I wear what feel comfortable in. But I do colour coordinate. My base colour is always black (I have tried changing this habit over the years, but it freaks me out ) But I do add a colour, depending on what mood I'm in, and always coordinate shoes, handbag, etc |

I love colour and patterns and I don't mind if they clash a bit.
As a robustly proportioned woman, people are gonna look so might as well give them something to look at. I find attitude can do a lot of heavy lifting when it comes to one's sartorial choices! |

I do coordinate my makeup with my outfits. Not so much my lips as I try to distract attention from them rather than bring more attention to them. Mostly eyeshadows or style of makeup. My finger nails are always a nude/natural colour. My toe nails are often coordinated with outfits.
My bag and shoes are always coordinated with my outfit. I do this daily not just for going out out. |

I feel utterly lazy in comparison
Having said that though and to be equitable, I do tend to opt for at least one neutral colour that can mix with anything; black and white goes with any colour….I think…..
So if I’m wearing black jeans etc, the colour top is all fine and dandy (I hope) |

I coordinate quite a lot but I also love a clash meaning red and green are fairly regularly seen on me.
My favourite match is socks to jumper as the first time I unconsciously did it, it bizarrely caused a colleague great consternation so I do that quite often now just for the reaction.
