So I just used the phrase 'showed the gays the bathroom' in a conversation with my mother.

She thinks it sounds like a euphemism but what for?

Hmm, maybe for only bothering to talk about things with people who would be interested in them? That would work maybe. I sure as hell wish people wouldn’t rabbit on at me about their interests when it’s clear I couldn’t care less about what they have to say and just want them to disappear into the nearest black hole
