Vegan cottage pie (covinced diehard meat eaters with this one).

Pistachio and banana loaf.

Peanut and coconut curry with aubergine and baby potatoes.

I'm usually quite modest but I do smash it in the kitchen as I lovvve cooking for people.

A Korean spicy fried rice. Gochujang is a chilli paste, It's bloody lovely. It's really good with rice cakes aswell, not the puffed rice things, more like a rice version of gnocchi, without the flour in,they are my favourite new carb
