	Another great fun visit. Shame Jacuzzis were out of order and toilet broke. Got really hot and sweaty in the playrooms too due to the weather...and the hot company. ... Will be back soon but please can you sort the jacuzzi. .really missed that social arena Date: 26 August 2016

	We can say that we have had some great times in this club. And have visited 4 times in the last week but tonight we was really disappointed with the club. Both the jacuzzi's where out of order 2 upstairs toilets out of order. We just think it would of been nice to be told that the jacuzzi's where not working so we could of made the choice on weather to enter the club before we paid our money. Then we over heard the stay moaning that they had to explain why the jacuzzi's where not working. Will not put us off from going but will ring next time before we make the 40 minutes journey Date: 25 August 2016

	Went yesterday on bi day and had a lovely time, but for the first time we felt less welcome and felt that something was wrong. Whether or not it was trues but people who had been at the BBW day/event suggested that it was a very unpleasant experience with people barging people about and generally rude and causing hassle. Music was very loud and it was very hot (temperature) As we say this was only what was reported to us but from people whose opinion(s) we value. It was most unusual to see Mark (who is normally a very welcoming individual) in a less than happy humour. Finally, have to say - the private room next to the smokers area stank of piss. 	First visit in ages for todays Bi afternoon. Felt so relaxed and decided to ditch the towel and make it a Bi and nude afternoon all rolled into one. Its been too long away. 	Attended Chams for the first time on Friday with friends and went back Saturday on our own. We'd read all the hype about Chams and wondered if it was true - it is! The place is simply awesome! Friday was fun, with some dead sexy people there, but on the Saturday there were loads of sexy couples, we felt like kids in a candy shop. We made a couple of friends there but didn't get any names unfortunately. Facilities are excellent and very clean. And the staff? They were an absolute riot! We had such a sexy laugh with them. 	WOW visited this AWSOM club last night with friends for the first time and we can certainly say it won't be our last. What a lovely club. 	We visited Chams for the first time last night and had a really good night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there were lots of areas to play. Although we didn't play with any other couples, we still really enjoyed the club... especially the sex swings on the top floor! Date: 21 August 2016

	We paid our first visit to Chams on Friday afternoon and had a very enjoyable time. The staff were very friendly and club was very clean. There are lots of places to relax or play and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and steam room. Unfortunately the sauna was not working but we can save that for our next visit! Our only gripe would be that when we played in a locked room, we were a little put off by the number of times that people tried to open the door. 	We went along on Friday for our first visit to this club... We were very impressed with the layout, playrooms, cleanliness and staff.. , and loved the jacuzzi!! 	First time in Cham's last night and cannot wait to go back. Absolutely lived up to all the hype - made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Booked into one of the rooms to stay over and we were pleasantly surprised how good the room was, including the bacon butty that was delivered to our door this morning.

	Attended Chams last night, it really is one of the Super Clubs! The staff are amazing, even when there was a power failure it didn't dampen the spirits of the night! Although Karls choice of music was a little to be desired at one point, overall it was a great night with great friends. Love the place. Can't wait for my next visit. 	Have been on a 3 week European tour celebrating our silver wedding and have been in Birmingham since Sunday staying at Chams. Thank you for the warm welcome from everyone we met. Mark and Dawn were a hoot Tuesday as well as the other staff.This is such a well run club. The cleaner's do an amazing job behind the scenes including the hotel rooms which are conveniently located on site. The improvements made upstairs are lush.we won't leave it so long next time. A special thankyou tonight to the couple we followed around the diversion to the motorway, we really appreciated that. So goodbye for now Birmingham and see you all soon xxxxxxx Date: 10 August 2016
