Update: thank you to everyone who has contacted me. As I expect you can guess i have had a lot of email. I'm getting back to those that interest me as soon as humanly possible. GO TO THE DAMN APPOINTMENT.

Sort your life out.

Do something meaningful and worthwhile with your currently meaningless and empty existence.

Be a better person.

Stop whining about how awful your life is: I mean... ugh! Bloody hell, you created the life you lead, so that's on you, it's on YOU.
