54 year old bi male who's now a ex smoker gor over 6months. Was having health problems and issues so have to design a new outlook to life and stopped smoking exercising more and eating healthier. I was having serious health problems lack of libido but things are changing now exercise more eat healthier and starting to wake up nearly every day with a erection and feeling alot horny than have done for years. So decided to grab it by the horns and let's explore this new found energy lifestyle and see we're it leads.
