I have to admit to being a tiny bit scared of Michelle when I first met her, but now I have visited Adam & Eve's several times, and had the opportunity to actually sit down and chat to her when she was less busy. I have found that she is actually really nice when you get to know her (she probably wont like me saying that but its true), and now I don't find her quite as scary as I used to. I like how Michelle runs the club, she doesn't stand for any nonsense and as a result the guests feel safe and can relax, just as it should be.
