I'm very hairy, which isn't on trend I know, and my physique more six crate than six pack. That said, over the last 8 months I've dropped from a hefty 128 kilos to a much lighter 106 kilos, so now more dad bod and less fat bod.

Also, just to be transparent, my dick is way too small to satisfy anyone wanting BWC.
