Returning after time away, looking forward to making new friends and catching up with old.

I'm 40, male and looking for females and couples to socialise with, both in and out of our clothes. My body isn't in the gym, but it does go on a run and cycle so not likely to be out of breath (unless you're leaving me breathless).

I have a professional and family life, which always comes first, so I'm unlikely to be able to meet last minute (those responsibility-free days are well and truly behind me!). I'm a single parent whose kids live with me, so spontaneity unfortunately isn't my thing.
