However an immuno compromised person or an asthmatic person for example have a much higher risk factor and would benefit from vaccination in my opinion. So yes, being young fit and healthy was a massive factor. Out of about 100(ish) pro and amatuer boxers/mma fighters I know both personally and professionally. Not one had more than a miserable few days with covid. They all have one thing in common, they take care of themselves physically. Let's not pretend that taking care of your body and health doesn't have an impact and being vaccinated is the only way to a good outcome.
