Not released yet, should be any time now but the best idea we have so far is based on websites etc, how reliable this is time will tell. Still a few missing: Fri: Big Country, Vapors, Blockheads

Sat: Undertones, Skids, Toyah, Dept S, Complete Clash, Peter And The Test Tube Babies, Rezillos, GBH

Sun: Hooky, Jam, Lurkers, 999, Neville Staple, Midlife, Wildhearts, Anti Nowhere League

Who you looking forward to seeing the most?

Apparently it’s not the original line up of Sham but the Tim Vee version, I’ve seen both and they’re both good. Love The Jam, ANL and Test Tubes, just know that all the ones I want to see will clash

Hullo there both, based on previous years, you'll get a hand out/flyer when you check in with the "running order " Friday night band on from 7ish, and then on Saturday, and Sunday, there's bands on through out the day from 2/3 pm,that's been the case on previous weekends.

Have a great weekend both, hope fully say hullo

The £300 was basically for a fridge.. we'll try again when we book in and see if it's more reasonable.

If you’ve already planned which bands you are going to see then look again, they’ve changed some of the timings and who clashes with who. It’s all on the app, all three days are listed now

There are some fabulous weekends at Minehead and it is a lovely resort I just wish it was easier for me to get to, even though it's not that far it takes a long time, it took me 7 hours to get there last time and 5 hours or just under to get back.

It’s the main issue for me Glitter but it’s cheaper to fly from Norwich, £42 return and a hire car from Exeter. Are you heading to the alternative weekend on Friday or are you talking about a different weekend

That’s something I could never get into however it would be very dull if we were all the same. I guess that goes for Fab in general, lots of different likes dislikes and fetishes

Technically yes but this is just a time on stage change for a few, nothing too drastic

Go into your app store and search for Butlins music.

The clashes are somewhat inevitable, & fortunately it’s not a big walk to the venues, but it beggars belief why they can’t stagger the 2 main venues by 1/2 hour, that way you could see half of each!!

I believe it’s down to numbers, they want half in each venue but it’s so difficult to choose when they’re all so good. I’d be the same in an orgy, wouldn’t know which pussy to fuck first

Yeah I saw that, One of the bands I was looking forward to seeing. I have seen them several times before but it’s the music of my youth looks like they’ve been replaced bya jam tribute act. So now the choice is between a jam tribute act and the Clash tribute act

Who are you going to choose?

Not sure.. hoping they swap one of them for either the undertones or toyah so they don't clash.. every time we thing we have our viewing list sorted they change it.

I know exactly what you mean, I was really happy with how it was before but I now need to make one or two decisions I was going to see one of the Clash tribute acts in December but couldn’t go so I may give complete Clash a try as I’ve seen the jam so many times

I wanted to see both Toyah and the undertones but I think I’m going to see Ms Wilcox.

As long as it don’t change any bloody more. The big debate on Facebook at the moment is cockney rejects or anti nowhere league, definitely ANL for me

Cockney rejects for us but we'll probably click between both.. undertones for us but we will pop in for one toyah song just to say we've seen her.. saying all this it'll probably change yet again before friday

Yes Subs were down to play, but then replaced by the Rejects, have seen the Subs this year already, although Charlie is probably the oldest Punk in town (think he’s 74) they’re always touring, the rejects who we’ve seen once at Bearded Theory were Fab.

The Undertones for us although Toyah still puts on a good show. Folks say it’s not Feargal anymore but in fairness, the front man Paul, has been in the band much longer.

The Ramonas an all female tribute to the Ramones are a lively one to watch, they do have their own material but hope they’ll play all the hits!!

Doesn’t look like there’s a pool party or late night Dj’s sadly, like they have at Shiiine, but still promises to be a fun weekend.

Yes SLF would have been a good addition, seeing them at Bearded Theory later this year so not all bad. Saw Buzzcocks at Butlins a few years ago, sadly won’t again. RIP Pete Shelley.

Would be nice to meet some fellow Fabbers, although we are sharing our appartment with 4 vanilla friends so we have to be careful!!

Love SLF, I’m tempted to head to Belfast to see them this year purely because for one gig only they are being supported by the Toy Dolls who never tour the UK. I saw Buzzcocks at Skeggy a few years back, such a tragic shame, glad that they’re going to keep playing though.

Be nice to say hello to other Fabbers, shall I wear a leather studded posing pouch to make me easier to identify

We saw buzzcocks backing SLF up twice, once in Cardiff and once up in Brum.. brilliant, we're the same meeting with a few really old friends at minehead so complete vanille weekend for us.

Belfast won't as it's at custom square which holds around 6500.. we went two years ago and loved the venue and city.. Dublin will be a scramble as the venue is fairly small and a few fly over for the weekend double header so we'll be sat with ticket master open at 9.55 tomorrow morning banging away at the refresh button lol.

The Alternative Weekend is here, not the strongest line up in my opinion but, there's a few bands i haven't seen before,so hoping to be pleasantly surprised.

I'll be getting socialable around the resort, and in the Hairy Dog in town on my first "break " of the year.

Safe journey every One,and hope you all enjoy the weekend.

Hey,

I’m contemplating attending a swingers club up north vs A weekend at butlins ?

I’m a young professional gentleman always assumed the adult fun wouldn’t appeal to a 25 year old?

Any suggestions?

Weekend at Butlins, to be fair! I've done the club scene, but there are a lot of swingers that attend Butlin's too, so it's like a huge club. Minehead has a couple weekenders left this side of the year, but they'll all be kicking off again nearer September/October-December.

I'm only 25 myself, but have had plenty of fun times within Butlins Minehead.

xx

Just be on your best behavior, so many rooms got trashed last weekend, so they're keeping more of an eye out for trouble makers. It can be, depends on the atmosphere! x
