I'm talking here of MM going bareback. You remove as much risk as possible. Get tested 4x year at a GUM Clinic , get treated if any problem, go on PrEP to remove the risk of HIV , get Hep A and B jabs , wash hands! , and choose a very limited number of lower risk partners.

PrEP is a drug you take daily which prevents the transmission of HIV, statistically it’s safer than condoms in terms of HIV transmission

PrEP is fully effective at preventing HIV so there is no doubt about that. The Impact "trial" is Public Health England needing to establish cost effectiveness at a population level.
