"Many of you guys on here been to this before? Does the audience all dress up too? Been thinking of going, but dressed up"
In my experience yes dress up |

I've been twice before (and booked again for June!). I was stunned the first time when even at the 5.30 performance absolutely loads were dressed up!
Go for it, I guarantee you won't be on your own but I do guarantee a cracking night!! |

No real sexual tension, it's generally like a fancy dress party with a theme. I'd say at least half were dressed when I went a few years ago. The guys dressed as Frank, generally got the best attention (even a builder has got great but unfortunately hairy legs ) by the women.
It's a great night but make sure you read up on what you're expected to do during the show, as there are certain traditions glow sticks, cards etc.. |

Yes, years ago when the Male half wasn’t a fat bloater he went as rocky in the gold trunks and the little shoes.
Learn the audience participation lines, get your loo roll water pistol etc and you’ll have a great time.
Dress as any of the characters there’s plenty to choose from. |

70% of the audience go dressed up, some a bit random but a lot of people going for an approximation of one of the characters close. So it can range from skimpy gold speedos to the preppy look and of course basque suspenders, etc. Worth checking out the Rocky Horror fans website for etiquette ad advice. |

Plenty of websites selling reasonably priced shoes (mine are size 11) Tip, go for something with a slight platform, it was suggested by my daughter (lol) and it did mean that I was able to (apparently) walk reasonably well albeit they do make me 6'8"! |

"Thanks for the advice .I'm favouring my slip on Adidas pixie boots at the moment " I've been to a few shows in Wolverhampton and Birmingham where I've dressed up. As for shoes try e bay or charity shops |

You will look out of place if you are not dressed up for the occasion. If you have a French Maid fetish you will be well catered for!
