Measured from the top side to the tip. i.e. from the pubic bone and up and not from the arse. The clinical way is to measure it flaccid stretched to the pulled end of the penis, not the pulled end of the foreskin. There must be millions of web sites dedicated to this. Haha like it. I'm not worried, far from it, i'm just curious. I've had a few people say things in meets which made my head swell a bit but when they ask about the size and i tell them honestly, they've turned around and said other guys who say they are bigger but just aren't. Just made me wonder where abouts these people are measuring from.

Gotcha. So with dress sizes i always go one or two lower, Why, i don't know because lets face it, we all know what the proper size is.

The coca cola company brought those smaller cans out specifically for this purpose and for use on profile pics.
