We're baffled...
You receive a message from a guy that doesn't have anything on their profile that you are looking for, so he says he will change his profile to suit what you want. How does that work? |

We often get messages from men asking to meet us whose profiles have no interests in common with ours. When we point this out they say it's because they'd like to try certain aspects of what we're in to.
If they genuinely do want to that's fine by us but if it becomes clear that they really haven't even glanced at the text it isn't. |

This is why I don’t put what I do and don’t like on my profile. And is also the reason I don’t answer people that ask “what’s your type?”.

I replied to a guy that he wasn’t my type he insisted on knowing why so I said it’s the pics in football tops (I think it’s chavy unless watching football) so he removed the pic and asked if I’d meet him now..... doesn’t he realise he’s still the same person that I have no interest in... just because the pics gone doesn’t mean I’ve now forgotten my ooooo him! |

How about you set up a couples profile and see what the majority of guys send in a message, or the abuse they receive when they send a very polite no thank you. Most guys don't deserve a reply. Unfortunately the rubbish have spoilt things for the genuine guys. |

At least if I do meet someone then they meet a real person with honest truthful views not some obsequious toady whose jumped through hoops put up by an unrealistically over entitled prima donna.  |

My point is due to the ratio women have it extremely easy on here. Would like to see both women who posted set up a "male" profile (as an experiment only) and then report back after a couple of months with their experiences of getting meets, message responses etc.
This is isn't a "usual male rant" is just a real fact of this site.
Then accept the "fact of this site" instead of being negative towards women.
The very people he is looking to meet are now being put off I suspect.
At least if I do meet someone then they meet a real person with honest truthful views not some obsequious toady whose jumped through hoops put up by an unrealistically over entitled prima donna.
Are you inferring that the OP couple are prima donna’s for questioning why someone would message them that is not what they are looking for ?

Fact - the guy has NOTHING on his profile the same as what the couple are looking for but says he will change his whole profile to suit ???

It's the holier than thou attitude some women have when it comes to men who lost its difficult for them on here that gets me.
