It’s when that’s all they have on their profile that I just click “delete” on their message.

I'm a guy, I manage our couples profile, it says so in our profile that you'll be talking to a guy, and I ask guys if they're gay when the send multiple cock pictures with a message. I too don't understand it, sometimes we meet single guys and I am not going to bother if a guy's profile photos are just his cock, it's of secondary, or lower, importance to Jane who is the ultimate arbiter of whether we meet someone |

Providing it's a well taken picture of a good looking cock (and there are some very good looking cocks!), I don't mind how many a guy posts. If that is what they want to show on their profile and it works for them that's fine. If it doesn't work they will soon replace them. |

My op didn’t suggest you shouldn’t. I merely asked why guys do it.
So far only one guy with several cock pics has answered. He said to cover all angles.
