“Friend requests” when never spoken?

I’ve said similar on my status recently, but is this a widespread thing? I find it bizarre we get so many friend requests from people we’ve never interacted with?
Is it just a means of people wanting to see your private gallery? I mean, if you were going to accept randomers you’ve never spoken to doesn’t that defeat the purpose of a private gallery? |

If they don't have any friends only pics themselves we just immediately block them. If they do, we wait until they're offline, accept the request and take a peek at theirs, then remove them as a friend and ignore them - if we then get another from the same profile we block.

I'm not sure on that.
As I understand it if you delete the friend request they can send another 30 days later. If you leave the request they can't send another.
The easiest and best way to ensure another isn't sent is to block I suppose. We don't get enough random requests to bother  |

Just leave them pending so they can’t keep resending. Some people are persistent and keep repeatedly requesting if you reject.
I can guarantee if you message them to chat they won’t reply.

I don't have any friends only pictures but regularly I still get friends requests without any chat. And often I look at their profile to find that it is hidden! Just doesn't make any sense why people would do that. |

Id say we get 10-15 a week, as we do have a large private gallery. Block every single one. I have no idea why, but it really grinds my gears. Probably as in my head its incredibly entitled; send friends request equals access to my gallery, like they feel it is their divine right by virtues of this being a sex site. |

As we block single makes profiles we only receive these from couples (or allegedly "women"). We welcome these Friends invites. Accept them when they are not online, see what's inside their private folders and unfriend next. So we don't see it a problem. |

Precisely! The pics are private for a reason so why would I accept a random stranger that hasn’t even interacted with me |

Doesn't happen very often now but I used to get them regularly from women competing on hot pics who needed to keep their numbers up.
I didn't accept any of them and didn't delete them either once I learned that stopped them sending another one. |

Tempted even without making contact via a message?? just to see pictures? then hope that you haven't shown you are a fab crazy and get a meet? A block would come from us due to the temptation. We view it as if people can't put any effort into a decent introduction what kind of social skills do they have  |

Intrigued sometimes , a “ooh I bet they have som great pics there “ thought but as I said wouldn’t send a random friend request to someone I’d not contacted and had no notion that we could be actual friends, and pictures are only part of the process |
