Not heard of anything like it. Report the user to Admin here, with the details. They always investigate and she sounds like someone who shouldn't be here. But be willing to engage the police. I hope you get on without any further trouble!

Sounds like a scam to scare you into partying with money. Don’t engage further. Report to admins.

8 had a similar thing a couple of weeks ago, but they knew my first name and surname and where i worked!

I reported them, blocked them and had to hide my profile for a few weeks.

Onky came back on friday and so far so good, no more nonsense!

What responsibility could they take? The onus is on you to ensure that any encounters you arrange are conducted with your safety in mind. Fab can't do that for you; you can report them for not meeting as arranged but beyond that they have no obligations to you.

It's not a she, it's a scam. Well known scam threatening to publish photo's and engage with family. Fab is like any other social media site. Scammers everywhere. Like someone said report. However these scammers just set up new profiles so be vigilant everyone

No, i thibk it was someone from work in all honesty, i had not long met a couple before it and felt bad for kind of leaving them in the lurch almost by going dark, they understood but it wasnt the best of timings for that to happen.

It probably wasn't even a woman, it was probably a man trying to scam you.

Don't rush to start communicating offsite

Luckily for the scammer you still have your explicit pics on public view.

I had something similar last year, but this person had hacked my email & told me my password.

They said I had been accessing adult sites & would show my family etc.

They said if I sent £200 they wouldn't.

To be fair I'm worth more than £200

Though seriously I didn't engage with them, blocked them, changed all my passwords etc & nothing came about from it.

Upload the screenshots on the police website. Im having similar now.

This one didn’t even use a burner phone and registered it under their own name and has public social media pages…
