Anyone had any nasty surprises through swinging?
One of my friends reckons oral sex is as big a risk as unprotected sex?
I've had no surprises from the meets i've had so far.

Oral sex is a risk, but by no means as big a risk as unprotective sex,..you can catch nasty things from saliva, but I am blowed [excuse the pun]if I am going to wrap myself in cotton wool.

**And by the way, never had any nasty suprises thanks, but know swingers who have.... including one who's had to have a C-Section with her pregancy (swinging induced) because she caught Syphillis (swinging induced).... and thats after she's had previous STI's (all swinging induced).
It's hardly suprising that I don't know anyone who's caught anything when they refuse to swing bareback** |

Now I didnt know that.
You can purchase something to protect you while doing oral,..to cut down the risks, what it called?, something like a `oral Dam`, I cant remember, but I understand its like using your tongue through a plastic bag

Its called a dental dam I think and I wouldnt bother using it..like you said Stuart theres no point in wrapping yourself in cotton wool you decide for yourself the risks you want to take based on the information available and go from there,life would be very boring otherwise lol |

I just googled `Dental Dam`...it is licking through a plastic bag..lol uuuckk.
...and I got a virus threat to boot that I had to put in the vault, so I nearly caught something even though I was only looking at one...lol |

I have a thing about plastic bags... specially them ones that have a rezip sliding plastic thingy ... which you open after three weeks of strong mature cheese being in it, you sniff... er... TMI? |

Always a dodgy subject this one lol... but one worth debate now and then for those who are a little newer maybe!
In the 5 years on and off we have been on the 'scene' we have neither had nor that we know of come accross (again pardon the pun) anyone with anything lol..
Now we did have one incident where using latex free (the lovely lady had an allergy) the whole pack kept splitting during use.. not only a pain but also slightly pointless at that point I thought but kept replacing so as to keep things correct .. but happy to report still alive lol..
Each to as they say.. each to.. I think a great part in staying safe is choose carefully too!!
