This has been discussed but there's absolutely no harm in discussing it again as long as you don't try to take people off fab as that's against the rules  .
On a personal level it seems to me that it's pretty difficult to get any kind of proper interaction going though. People will come in to the thread and say it's something they'd like to see then never comment again. |

In fairness I'm not exactly sure what we'd discuss, it could turn into a forum group for grumpy old men (and women)! I suppose what I'd like is to know that older people (I'm 62) can keep in touch with kindred spirits even if it's just to chat rather than meet. We are all on here because we enjoy sex and it does get a bit dispiriting at times. I'm always happy to be friends and chat with older folk. |

Well over 60 here, but personally I've found that most women of a similar age to me are looking for younger (no problems that's their prerogative) which leaves the younger looking for older (not my thing per se`) but I'm happy to contribute to the group |

I suspect any group for over 60s is going to be predominantly men participating as with most things I’ve found on here, ie pic likes/fabs mostly men give the likes, but women get the glory in hot pics. ie mainly men in forums, mainly men watching cams..
Hence a group for over 60s will have very limited women participating I feel. |

I think it might be fun to have an over-60's group as long as it is not dominated by frustrated men complaining. Obviously I don't count myself as one of those despite being well over 60, as I meet a couple for mmf regularly and meet other bi guys from time to time too (all over 60). I really haven't found age to be a problem.
I do enjoy talking about sex so a group or social where we could get together and chat would be good. |

Somewhat over 60 here and think a group for sharing experiences, advice, and resources as well as connecting in person and/ir online would be very helpful.
I will be hiking this weekend and also be a bit wild.    |

We go to clubs and meet guys and couples there; generally they are younger than us but that doesn't mean we don't play or have fun with them. |

I tend to fancy people my own age and a little bit older. (There are some exceptions) As I’ve aged, the men I fancy have too, but there’s something a bit more than age for me. Some people my age are still alive, having amazing fun and not “acting their age” others remind me of my grandparents.
I think an age based group would be boring eventually but maybe it would help some introductions if people like each other.
PS I’m not 60 yet so strictly I’ve gatecrashed

As a slightly younger, older man, I'm delighted to meet anyone that brings a smile to my face, doesn't mind repeating themselves because I haven't heard them correctly and will allow me to borrow their glasses to read a menu.
As for this weekend...coffee with friends this morning and an afternoon in the garden.

Some clubs hold nights for older models like us. We're going to the "Fun at 40s" night at Libs in a few days, that's an age bracket that works well for us at 57. It's a midweek event but we're able to get there sometimes. Over 60s should fit in well. |

We've met a few people 60 or over and had a great time. Won't be too long before we are there ourselves. The cliche of age is just a number is true and the person matters more than the age. Some people who are 60 look and behave more like 70+ and some more like 50 or under. The only thing we have noticed with couples over 60 is that sometimes it becomes more about the lady having fun than the man which is not ideal for us. I guess that can happen at any age but does seem more common. |

Sounds a great idea, and like me, there are plenty of older people who still enjoy playing and having erotic pleasure.
I like more mature people who are often senior and more relaxed.
However, age is not just a number.
There are plenty of people who are younger and have fixed ideas and vice versa for older people.
Personality and attractiveness are not all age determined.
