How do you know they are near?
I could say I'm on your road right now. |

"Anyway the people I was supposed to meet didn't log on to tell house number so glad I didn't drive the 40mins
The point is I could have. Bad etiquette really!"
Always trust your gut. |

But you also haven't messaged to tell them you want going, so had they have logged in & sent you the address you'd have been the bad guy
Why did you agree to it in the first place?
Even if they wanted to be cautious you should have agreed they had to send you the address before you left |

Depends on context,
If postcode showed they live in middle of the moors then I doubt a house number will be needed. If they live in a manor again same ruling, if it’s a terraced house and they don’t give house number they shouldn’t expect a visit xx |

What about when it’s a block of apartments, intercoms, gate codes, I drove a long way one time to find a no show and no answer on the phone, just the once, I think I just developed the ability to spot the dichheads now |

"Post code is no use to me. I don't have satnav.
Good old fashioned A to Z street atlas has always done me well, or else I know my way around anyway. So does my car!"
I can just see it now...
"Ok babe come on over and fuck me!"
"Whats the address?"
"AB12 3CD"
"Post code is no use to me. I don't have satnav."
"Oh. Its Oxford Road."
"Give me a clue, what is that near?"
"Um, its outside the city centre"
"Hang on just thumbing through my A-Z."
"Your what?"
"A-Z. Its a road atlas."
"Never heard of one. Hurry up I am horny and wet!"
"Ok let me ask my car, it know where it is going... KIT! Take me to AB12 3CD, Oxford Road! Pronto!"
"I'm sorry, Micheal. I do not have satnav. I was built in the 80's. Do you not have your A-Z?"
They must be positively foaming at the gash by the time you get there! Hope you arrange meets well in advance |

That was meant to be tongue in cheek and should have been enclosed in a pair of " - its not a phrase I use in anything other than jest. |

Never again! Many years ago when I first joined fab I once sat in a service station carpark on the m62 waiting for the address and was strung along for about 6 hr , ended up with a fucking fine for being in there too long and wasted a day! Lesson learned i Haven't played that game since. |

Yeah, usually best to get a phone number I think. If they refuse then guess they aren't worth it anyway.. |

I won't give my phone number out to people I've met multiple times
I prefer to keep conversations on here
I used to give my number out but it never ended well, with the people txting non stop, so now I just refuse no matter who they are |

I have and I would again. I had good communications with the meets I had beforehand so wasn’t a waste of time. Although one did keep me waiting for a couple of hours outside in the road and it got to the point I was just about to drive off when she came out as I was picking her up to go to mine. Now I tend to meet socially first. |

Depends. It makes sense from a security point of view as when contact is made nearer the location, in most instances, you can see that their distance has changed, (though it can be spoofed) and are therefore ‘they’ are more likely a genuine meet.
On these occasions, I’d say trust your gut. |

We have had a full address in the past, a meeting time and then when 5 minutes away get told they are tired and going to bed. That really pissed us off.
They then said, let’s meet another time, errr let’s not cause you’re blocked !! |

"No, but then I wouldn’t have a total stranger come to my house.
I am not totally strange... Would you invite me over to cum in your house?
"
Although I am happy to cum wherever I am told to really... |

I am ultra cautious about any travel to first meets. As a consequence I have been pretty lucky but there are all the horror stories on here to act as a warning!
As it happens, most of my meets, couples or singles come to me, they valuing the opportunity of a discrete, comfortable location. |
