They're OK to assist with erection difficulties, but if you MUST wear one, make sure it's for no longer than, say, 30 minutes at a time. Anything longer than that can cause bleeding/swelling of the penis, and possible testicular tortion.

I started with soft silicone ones. With a little moisturiser or lube they are easy to get on and off and are more comfortable.

The first time, I measured my circumference / girth with a tailors measuring tape. Did a bit of maths to work out the diammeter and bought one with the smae size inner diammeter and one slightly smaller. Tried them on and them bought more |

Piece of string around the cock, balls, or cock and balls. Measure the circumference, divide by 3.14 and this is the diameter of the ring you need. |

Mine are made from aluminium.
Either from 2" alloy scaffold pole (not all 20' of it!) or smaller wider decorative ones made from 1 1/2" inside diameter thin walled alloy tube.
