I’ve tried a few different cages. I don’t have a key holder but I self lock to make sure I get tasks done. New metal cage just arrived so looking forward to trying it out ASAP. |

You shouldn't get any injury from wearing the right cage. I've pretty much tried every type and found stainless steel, no hinge, fully round, circular cross section cage to be the most comfortable for longterm wearing.
