That’s not strictly accurate.
It’s like anything in life, if you dint do it right, it can be bad for you.
You can safely do anal fisting with now issues, in fact if you train your arse correctly, it will be tighter and more controlled than a virgins arse.

I was taught by a lady friend during several hours play at a party menu years ago. I learned patience and various techniques for vaginal fisting and we talked about anal fisting. I didn't put that into practise until years later. It probably helps that i receive as well as give. |

With fisting a few tips
You need to be able to trust the fister
The one taking must always be in control
More pleasant if you douche well first and not just immediately before hand
Better if the fister is experienced
Take it steady at least initially
Trimmed and filed nails
Plenty lube. I find k lube to be superior to j lube
Put the lube in an empty water bottle with sports top easier to dispense
Don't expect to get their first time
You really can't use to much lube.
You will find it handy to use some bed pads or puppy mats to absorb excess lube
If you don't need something on the bed you are not using enough lube

I've managed all four fingers and thumb up to the knuckles but no farther. And that was with about 30-45 minutes of pre warm up.
