There's no set prescription for male pics to do well here - but cock pics tend not to do so well, if in abundance.
Think of what the other people would need, in order to determine if you're attractive for them - a good understanding of your build and how you look facially. People like some specifics more than others, such as chests/arms and potentially your back and rear.
Smiling pics are better than blank stares imo, as you're seemingly approachable. Get others to take them of you, for facial shots, so that you're more relaxed - posing is less relaxed than a pic taken when you're not thinking about.
If a pic shows your legs/upper body and there's a facial shot, then you've mainly covered it: a variety of pics helps others to be more certain of their attraction. |

There's a lot of good advice posted above OP and it really is quite simple to get a decent set of pics with a combination of imagination, creativity and awareness of what works along with what your best features are.
As others have said I'd avoid the blatant disembodied cock pics as they (mostly) don't go down too well - although there's nothing wrong with a few full bodied pics that happen to feature a cock but where it isn't the primary focus of the pic - almost like it's noticed as an after thought.
If you're stuck for ideas look around at other well verified guys pics for inspiration.
