Once you know it can be done it will keep happening! Get some rubber sheets because towels are useless! Lol. I always find I squirt more when I've kept myself hydrated all day, and keep a drink to hand too because you'll need it! |

Hi, Laura gets very wet and gushes the best way we have found to achieve this is with two fingers inserted as far as possible from the front with the palm facing towards the fingerer. Now bend the fingers forward as if closing the hand in a regular repeating motion. If not feeling something a bit special then give instructions to move the fingers until it reaches your g spot, you will know. If necessary use lube to start with.
Now this is the important part, do this standing up with your feet spaced apart and knees slightly bent. You will probably find the intensity increases if you crouch right down with your knees apart. Our favourite position is with male sitting on edge of bed knees together with the lady facing partner sitting on lap this achieves crouching knees open position in more comfort and contact with partner. The added advantage is that when you gush or squirt it goes over your partner's prick and thighes and runs down this feels fantastic. Three simple tips:
1) drink copious amounts of liquid, preferably alcohol (but make sure it goes into your 'squirting reservoir', not your bladder)
2) apply pressure just above your clit using your hand, you know, where your bladder is. Alternatively, apply pressure to your G-spot internally. (This is near your bladder)

How much fluid is produced?
I have heard claims that highly-sexed women can produce litres of fluid in a single orgasm. This seems very unlikely – after all, where could such an amount be stored in the female body?
More realistic is the estimate of Beverley Whipple, American sex guru and co-author of the original G-spot book. At a recent conference, she told me that in most cases,
the amount of fluid secreted is usually around 'half a coffee cupful'.
In 1982 the publication of a highly influential book by US sex experts Whipple, Perry and Ladas changed these views. They suggested the fluid wasn't urine, but was instead a 'juice' secreted by glands that were said to be the equivalent of the male prostate.
What research has been done on the fluid?

The skenes glands are about the size of a grain of rice...... I would love to know the biology or physics that allows them to produce the volume of liquid that squirting/gushing can do.
I can understand some folk being "embarrassed" by the truth. Although there may be additional fluids added, which can change odour, colour, taste etc..... Please accept that it is basically urine. And it is nothing to feel embarrassed about. If you enjoy it ... Then enjoy it. |

Hello, It's quite simple.. If you are able to.. i believe some women cant.. then a simple hand on your cervix area.. just on your lower tummy between the hips firmly and then a two nice crowned fingers fully inserted.. And simply instead of in and out up and down as hard as possible (front to back) for it to work the man has to be fairly firm and rough i've found in the past.. I cannot believe the ignorance of some people. As was pointed out by others earlier, tests have shown that it only includes trace amounts of urine. L has gushed on my face before, I can assure you that it isn't urine. It has a light greasy feeling to it. Similar to the way bleach feels between your fingers.
I suggest maybe that the ones who believe that it is urine aren't doing it right |

Ive done it to several different partners.. and as much as it pains me to say it i think after the original couple of gush's it does become a bit like urine.. Not that keen on this but seems to vary with different people and even just on that particular time.. i would say after gushing 3 or 4 times it becomes more urine for most.. but i'm sure this varies to each individual.. |

I however do not piss myself and in the 16 plus years it has never smelt of piss or tasted of it and is sweet and clear fluid.
I started off quite early with it, I have to admit I was really alarmed at first but now it's like a compliment (get me to squirt, gold star for you).
I have to be really turned on and relaxed, I've had some guys who can just use the "curved finger method" and other times I just get very horny during sex and cant help it but that is more gushing.
Things that help if I'm doing it alone (this is for more squirting) is being hydrated (going for a wee first, always do this anyway before sex), being turned on helps massively and glass dildos (g-spot designed) are amazing.
Practice on her own first with the above method, invest in kegals as it is proven that strengthening your pelvic muscles with the exercises can help in achieving g-spot orgasms and squirting.

How many threads have you read that have stayed on topic over a period of days/weeks? The very nature of a forum means that people can add their own views and opinions and also answer questions raised by other posts. You are not the thread police and people can add whatever they like |
