through kisin u can catch stuff but like other people hav said nothin too serious, colds, tonsilitis and sore throats maybe thrush but then again if the other person knows they are unwell they shouldnt be kissing lol |

Glandular fever!! I had the misfortune to experience that a couple of years ago and it was horrible - takes months to recover from as you'll know if you've had it.
But for all you sexy ladies - its a risk i'm willing to take xx |

There is no such thing as Safe Sex, in the swinging scene it is about individual choice on the amount of risk taking and eliminating the risk as much as you want.
For us that is condoms but we still have oral sex, we get checked every 2 months at the local GUM clinic and so far so good we have always been negative, at some clinics, oral testing is not standard so it is best to ask for this additional check. |

Safe sex = No sex
Even kissing is risky, although it is said the risks are less than intercourse, the statistical risks are relative and doesn't mean there is no risk.
So kissing and oral sex is NOT safe sex. |

Just want a little advice please, we've played with some couples and had a great time but unfortunately managed to pick up clymdia from a meet with Fem on Fem play only. So we've had a little break from playing. Would like to play again but don't like the idea of catching something again.
So what were really asking is how unlucky were we? ?
Has anyone or know anyone who's had similar happen to them, or were we just dam unlucky??

Bloody unlucky I would have said, but it's always a risk, even female to female. Thank god clymidia is treatable.
I do hope you let the other lady and her partner know immediately so that they could also, in turn let other partners know. And also, that you told anyone else you had played with.
However, unless you are checked after every play, can you be absolutely positive it was from said female?

And a lot of people don't realise that you can catch Herpes from kissing camels, I kid you not, they carry it in thier saliva, so next time the camel guy in North Africa tells you how much fun it is cos the camel wants a kiss and he won't bite, beware you may get more than you haggled for. |
