First timer at Chams - any advice?

Hey everyone;
I'd like some advice on going to Chams for the first time, the Darlaston one being the closest to me.
My main question is, given I'm currently single, would I even be allowed to go, or is it frowned on? I might go with another male, single mate too - would that look worse?
What's the etiquette there? I've never been to any swinging club of any kind before, so no idea what to expect. Obviously, cleanliness and politeness are top of the list, I imagine. Anything else to keep in mind though?
What is the club itself like, physically - clean? Big? What have your experiences of the facilities been like?
What's the reaction towards bi guys like there? How can I know who's up for what?
Finally, any other tips or pointers I should bare in mind for when/if I go?

Chams is quite simply awesome!
The staff are incredibly friendly as are most of the people who go there ... if you are going as a single male I would just say the key to having a good night and finding some fun is not to be pushy (drives us mad anyway!)and to get chatting to both halves of the couple as and when the chance arises, nothing worse for us than Jack popping to the loo and 4 or 5 guys pouncing on Jess .. we are there together!
Just go for it, its a great place and we would be gobsmacked if you didnt want to go back for more and more!!! |

I live just down the road from chameleons and go regular, single males are welcome, but before you go i really would call them up and make sure they have membership avalible for single guys, they usually have a waiting list for membership and i have seen guys turned away who have just turmed up on speak
If you dont have their number mail me and i'll be happy to give it you but im not alolowed to post it in the forums  x |

Ive just read your profile and noticed your bi, they do a bi night mondays thats much easier for single guys to get membership for, its cheaper too but it is monday night membership only and you will not be able to get in any other night, i go most mondays and i find it a very relaxed night, its actually my fave night, there just seems to be a totally different atmosphere to weekend nights, it dont get as busy but it gets busy enough and i dont always think more is better, as when its to busy you cant get a room, get in jacuzzi etc

Thanks for the advice so far, folks! Just to clarify, although I am bi, I'm not looking to be pigeon-holed as such. I'd be perfectly up for mf, mff, mmf or mm swinging - if anything, I'm least likely to go for the last category in a club.
Does bi stuff happen on the non-bi specific evenings? Or is it barred from happening outside of Mondays? For example, if I were there on a weekend and ended up getting along well with a couple, was lucky enough to be invited to join in, and the guy wanted sucking off while I fucked the girl, would that be frowned upon outside of Mondays?
Either way, from the sounds of it I think I'd rather have the more inclusive membership and have the option of everything! (Greedy? Me? Well.... yes!  ) |

Other than Mondays, do anything regarding guy on guy, in a locked room.
It's not frowned upon as such, but some who go are NOT bi friendly and don't attend on a Monday (which is specifically for bi play).
As NN says, ring the club first and make sure you can get in on any other night but a Monday.
Or..... come along to the Pussy Posse Charity Night on Saturday 29th May in Gloucester. I know it's a bit of a drive, but nothing frowned upon there and you'll get to meet most of the forumites! |

you can do whatever you like in a private room, male/male play isnt really acceptable in open rooms on other nights than monday, but if you met up with a couple and went into a lockable room you can do what the hell you like lol
Dont think that because you go on a bi night you will have mainly men after you, its not at all like that, there are lots of bi couples an a few single ladies go too, id say the only really diffarence is in open rooms if theres a groups situation going on the men tend to be more hands on with each other, its not full of gays shagging all over lol and again even on a monday night you can still use lockable rooms and you have the rights to say no to any guys who your not attracted to just the same as women have
I wasnt suggest that because you was bi you would prefure mondays i was mearly suggesting it as an option as its easier to get membership for monday night as there has been upto a 8 month waiting list for single male full membership in the past  |

I went for the first time on Monday and yes your going to say but your a woman.. Lol .. Go I was so scared I didn't know what I was doing and i've been a swinger a while lol... Everyone and I mean everyone was so lovely to me, even when I said no thank you there was no pushyness at all... I can't explain how good it was to be 'me' and not worry what people would say.. I spent time talking to a new guy who was in your position and he said he loved it.. Go and enjoy xx |
