"Is it possible to get hypoallergenic condoms for use by/with someone who has (or claims to have) an allergy ptoblem with normal condoms?"
Try latex free Durex Skyn..... apparently they are brilliant.
If they then tell you they are allergic to ALL condoms...... run. |

You appear to doubt someone can be allergic to latex: I can assure you it's real and no joke! I'm allergic to latex and agree Durex latex free excellent!! |

Lovehoney sells Skyn brand in latex free, and they are brilliant!
I don't have an allergy to natural latax rubber as such, I just don't like the smell of it in any form, gloves, condoms etc... |

I react to latex and as someone said earlier, it's really not a laughing matter.
I usually use Durex Avanti... I've never looked for any other latex free ones since finding those but will be looking out for the others mentioned on here now too. Thanks! |

.
Skyn brand has good reviews on Lovehoney, definitely worth a look.
My playmate prefers them to Durex ones. |

"Many thanks to all for the information! Yes I do know that some people are genuinely allergic to rubber but, in the individual case that prompted me to raise the question I had some doubts. "
One of the hard and fast rules of swinger.......
If in doubt........ DON'T DO IT |

Don't try the Trojan hypoallergenic condoms, they nearly 'strangled' me. There is no stretchyness in them. |

Yup I had a reaction a few weeks ago. I have some X-10 beads which feel great and have never given a problem. I thought I'd try something slightly larger to see how I got on (yeah okay I was thinking "I love the beads and maybe I'll encounter a lady with a strap-on some time" LOL) . I got a similar thing but softer jelly and with a little more girth at the larger end. I started feeling a burning sensation almost immediately (long before I reached any of the larger bulges). I though it was something in the material but didn't know what. It was through talking to someone one here that I first heard of the latex allergy and realised that's what the problem was. |
