Get yourself a S,M,L 3 sized butt plug set. I did this and over the course of 4 weeks it prepared me perfectly for my 1st time - with a 7 inch relatively girthy guy.

Prep, prep and more prep.
Clean as much as possible, no matter how clean you are, it’s going to be a little messy, so prepare for that. Douching is a good way, but I find the best way, is to take the hose from your shower, and pop it up gently, the water will stay there and after a couple of seconds take the hose away and push the water out.
This will be messy, but will clean it really well. You will want some bleach on hand to clean your bath after though lol.

Water based lube are best some have a desensitiser in them.

It's mostly about the prep. Firstly clean yourself out with proper douche tool or gentle shower attachment befor bum fun. Next is practise with lube and fingers working up in size with dildos or prostate massagers. It should with perseverance and practice.
I started with a little prostate tickling plug and moved on to a very basic 7" vibe which I can take to the hilt easily now.
