No experience but you really need to know what you are doing!
I suggest you actually get someone who has experience to physically show you how it's done first time to avoid any injuries.
It's a bit of a specialised kink as well so you may not get many answers on here.
I'd be looking for a website/forum that caters more towards, fet life, and get yourself to a munch and see what you can learn. |

Had a lovely patient and competent Fabber use stainless steel sounds on me.
As someone has said above someone who knows what they are doing is fundamental as it could cause a lot of problems.
No effects on sexual performance other than mind blowing at the time. |

"Does anyone have experience of Uretheral Sounding devices?
Are they pleasurable?
What effect do they have on sexual performance, if any ?
Any thoughts or experience please"
Bit like anal lube and more lube and not for everyone
Try solo play sound come lots size buy a 4 and 6 mm if enjoy go bigger don't force if fits they just slide in. Best feeling I have had is a long silicone one when it hit prostate it was something else . Don't use things not made for it and bit like anal don't push in so far as not be able pull out |

As others have already mentioned.
Sterile water-based lube, isopropyl alcohol wipes and latex/nitrate gloves.
Medical grade steel sounds - no cheap knock offs or medical grade silicon sounds.
Sterisation of metal sounds is good practice. Look up processes.
Keep things clean. You don't want unnecessary damage or infections.
Google tutorials on sounding and Catheterization.
Find a workshop / local dungeon / someone will experience to guide you first.
But if you do self try. Gentle gently. Understand your anatomy. So slow, start small. |

All this applies … cleanliness is paramount.
I have a set of rods, and they have their place in my toy box 😉
I do find it very erotic when in the mood, and it does give a different feeling of orgasm ….never tried with an estim … but would love that mmmm. I have however used it with a vibrator … that gives a lovely feeling.
Ive never let anyone else do it … I know the feeling of what feels right.
As others have said … like many things in here - not for all I understand, but each to their own.

After one of my Kidney operations I had a catheter for over 6 weeks. I kept asking my wife for some relief, after a while she gave in and helped me. It gave me the strongest orgasm ever. Since then I am looking into more of this. |

I enjoy it, I have a set of stainless steel Heger sounds and often have solo play.
There's some sound advice above (pun was unintentional but now I see it...its staying) you can get sachets of single use sterile lube. I admit I've used non sterile water based lube before and never had an issue. |
