Must be single. Why? He's just a friend. You're not dating! Why can't he be in a relationship with someone else? I'm married (yes my wifes on here as well) and I date other women. We're not "friends" with benefits because I dont look at my friends and imagine bending them over and giving them a good seeing to. If sex is involved and it's exclusive... you're not friends.
No children at home? Why does that matter? You can use a hotel and if you're just a friend, you can be introduced to those kids as such.
